The book is divided into three parts. Part-I covers General Principles of Law of Contract, while Special Principles of Law of Contract have been covered in Part-II. In Part-II, I Limited Liability Partnership Act has been dealt with in detail.

The salient features of this edition are as follows:

  2. The new law relating to arbitration and conciliation has been included.
  3. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, was passed to make arbitration a more preferred mode of settlement of disputes.
  4. Considering the backlog of pending cases in the Courts of India, arbitration, conciliation, and mediation have assumed a lot of importance today.
  5. Special Principles and Special Contracts are duly explained.
